Not everyone can build with ICF (Insulated Concrete Form ). Carpenters need to take a special course in order to know how to work with it and even buy such products. This was a modern build home in the town of Collingwood, where we did the foundation ,followed by the ICF footings and all of the framing with a hand cut butterfly roof.
