About this Project

On this project we did partial demo of the old house and began renovation with new plans.
We brought in licensed trades to do electrical, plumbing and HVAC work. Then, our in-house carpenters began working on framing exterior walls, roof and interior dividing partitions. After all the proper trades were finished and drywall was hung, our in-house carpenters began again on installing all the trim – from doors, casing, baseboard, hardwood floors, kitchen cabinets, to Crawford ceilings. We finished the outside with stucco and Brazilian Hardwood Ipe.
